Tam at The Gypsy's Corner is our hostess for Three Or More Tuesday. She always has such a successful theme. This week she combined two together and the pictures are beautiful. This is definitely the year for decorating with shells and starfish. Drop by to see all the posts for this Tuesday. Leave a comment, join in. Thanks for coming by.
Some time ago we went to a wedding about 5 hours away from where we live. While out for a drive my BB guy stopped to take pictures of these lovely horses pastured by the road. They were very happy to see him and came right over to see if he that camera he had in his hands was something to eat. No luck for them but great pictures for us.
Oh what beautiful animals...And so friendly too!
ReplyDeleteThank for visiting my blog! :)
Such sweet horses! Great photos! Thanks for sharing!

Beautiful! I especially love the one with the perfect white diamond on her face. Great pictures! Kathy
ReplyDeleteNo one mentioned the fact that these are half-ton beasts who may or may not have been eyeing your husband like he was a slab of meat.
ReplyDeletePretty, but don't trust 'em.
Intelligent beautiful animals who never forget anything. One looks like a Paint. Do you think that these were working trail horses? Pretty friendly.

Oh, boy...your hubby got some fabulous shots of these guys..
ReplyDeleteWell, in the westerns they were hanged, but maybe not anymore! Anyway, they are gorgeous creatures with such an air of elegance to them. I love how they stood posed in a row as if just waiting for the camera to take their pic! That's standing at attention!

They are beautiful animals, aren't they? And so nice of them to pose for you. :)
ReplyDeleteYes very cooperative but really Savant I think they are herbivores. Hubby was probably safe. Probably. I was however safe inside his truck with the motor running. You know...to get help if we needed it cause you never know when horses will eat a 6'3 man. (City girl ya think?)
ReplyDeleteOh, they are beautiful. So glad you got these great pics. Wonderful!

Such friendly horses & beautiful too. I always wanted a horse when I was growing up. Seeing your photos reminded me of the horses that were in the field behind my grandparents home. We would always take apples that had fallen off my grandparents tree & feed them to the horses over the fence. Thanks for reminding me of a good childhood memory.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures! Wish I could get my dogs to pose that well.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting cottage hideaway and for the nice comment. Yes, I've tried some of those blogger recipes and they were worth cutting my modeling career short.:)
I remember you going to that wedding! Nice shots. They look so beautiful and friendly, but my husband assures me that horses can be mean. I wonder if that is true.
ReplyDeleteThose are great pictures! A very different Three or More post. Never seen anyone do something like this before. You guys got lucky getting this picturs.
