BERRY FARM ROAD TRIP PART 2

In part two of our road trip to the berry farm we went to a district called Agassiz. There is a farm there called Limbert Mountain Farm. They have all kinds of things going on here. They have a gift shop, a restaurant, a garden centre, incredible views and they are also part of the yearly garlic festival.

Let's start in the gift shop. It is funny I didn't see the little black sheep until I looked at the photo because I think she would have come home with me for sure.
Note the food items in the picture. More on that later.

I know lots of you would like this dresser sideboard for your fabulous homes.

Much as I like this old stove I think I would prefer a gas range. Isn't it something though?

Can you say awwwwh. Isn't it cute? Oh wait you thought I meant the cradle. Sorry I meant the chicken egg basket on the floor.

Okay now we will discuss the food items on display. They have all this plasticized food. It was absolutely real food I am sure but it has been encased in a plastic. Honestly it is absolutely perfectly preserved. They had lettuce leaves done even. That whole pizza was plastic. I love pizza and probably would have tried a slice anyways had I not just had lunch.

These spreads are from a shop called Vista D'Oro. We often go there too. They bottle a walnut wine if you can imagine that. Lots of the farm gift stores sell each others products. The cheese shop does the same. The ones I bought were a walnut fig one and a blood orange campari vanilla.

Look at the view in this valley. There is always a breeze. In winter though it would be pretty harsh.

I have never eaten here. I think the kitchen is only open on weekends.

This is why I whine when you guys get your good deals on furniture. This piece was $1000.
