I have opened an umbrella in the house to let it dry and have a son who was born on the 13th of the month. I love Friday 13th. Not the movies but the day.

I have given a knife as a gift without a coin attached to it and given a purse without money in it. My poor mother...no wonder she had a sore back...I stepped on many a sidewalk crack. Okay if when I get a shiver up my back it means someone is walking on my grave I think my bigger problem is that I am dead not that someone is walking on my grave.
Itchy nose means I'll kiss a fool. I'll tell my husband that one. Itchy right palm means I am getting money, itchy left means I am giving money. This reminds me I need some hand lotion.
Unlucky to wear opals unless you were born in October. Whew I am okay on that one. I'm an October baby and have a few opal pieces of jewelery.

Rabbits foot is lucky. Ya ask the rabbit how he feels about that one. I wonder what rabbits do for good luck to avoid becoming a talisman for some silly human? Only eat clover while facing south?
Shoes on the table bring bad luck. Damned right if you put them on my table because I will smack you one.So what about you? Are you superstitious? What makes you say a little verse to ward off bad luck?
