I am going on a road trip today to Krause Berry Farms in Langley, B.C. We hope to get fresh berries, corn and who knows what other goodies. There are many other interesting places to go to in the general area too. I will try to remember to take pictures.

Berry farm!!?? Oh that's like heroin for me! I love berry farms & well of course berries too! Is there just not a better fruit out there? I'm so very very jealous right now. But I just so happen to be munching from a big bowl of blueberries as I type!

ReplyDeleteI am jealous!! I haven't had a chance to get out and about in the country as of yet this year. We will be spending 2 weeks at the lake an a few weeks and I intend to explore all of Southwest Michigan, including all the farm stands. I am going to live on fruits and veggies for two weeks and see if I can drop 6 sizes!!

ReplyDeleteI, too, am jealous! One of the things that I wanted to do while my son was away at basic training was to make some jam/jelly! Oh, well, I still have a little time left! To me there is nothing better than in the dead of winter to open a jar and be reminded of summer! Can't wait to read about your adventure!

HEY! Did you stop by our retail greenhouse in Milner? That would be so cool.....too bad we're in Osoyoos right now or I'd give you a greenhouse tour :)
