If you head over to
A Southern Daydreamer (after you are done here of course) you will see some amazing blog posts for Outdoor Wednesdays. Make sure you leave comments for us. We love to hear from you.

This Outdoor Wednesday picture is not of my home, yard, town, province or even my country. It was taken some time ago by my BB (big burly) husband while he was in Florida. I know
Sue @ Luxe Lanai is having so much rain right now and I remembered this photo of a huge storm that blew through their hotel patio. Of course a short time later the sun was out and they continued on with their work. (Work, yea right)
Thanks for stopping by. Leave your mark.

Lori as a born and raised lower mainlander I thought I knew rain until I went to Florida. Geesh we are just rank amateurs compared to a real rain storm. Yes I realize we rain for days on end - but it usually takes me about 9 or 10 days before I complain.
ReplyDeleteA fitting picture for Outdoor Wedenesday since I think it is raining everywhere today! I wouldn't mind being there in Florida though, in time for the sum coming out!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week! :-)

Happy Outdoor Wednesday Lori! I am tried of all the rain! Thanks for sharing your photo.~ Susan
ReplyDeleteOh boy! We get lots of days like that here too by the water..
ReplyDeleteI made the mistake of leaving my umbrella up on my glass table when I ran to the store..
I never so much glass in my life, it blew off the deck and crashed into the grass. I had lots of fun picking it all up! :(
Great shot..., even though the storms down South are not always fun.
ReplyDeleteloved the picture, rain seems to be such a problem for many blogging gardeners this year. Thank you for sharing.

That is exactly how it is on Hilton Head, SC today minus the wind. That is why I am looking at blogs and not out in the sun. I keep singing the sun will come out tomorrow from Annie:)

I have to say that the photo looks a lot like my life right now. Reminds me that it will get all righted by and by. :)
ReplyDeleteAnd the Crinum lilies are supposed to have scent, but I don't know yet. Haven't smelled it, maybe when it gets further into the season, the scent will get stronger.
Thanks for dropping by my site.
Great photo!! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great photo wherever it is and who ever took it. Have a good day.
ReplyDeleteOh, reminds me of some tropical storms I've seen in Hawaii. Everything blows all over the place and then, 10 minutes later, paradise once again!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by yesterday!
