We love spicy food here so that was just the base layer. Next there was a combination of Mozzarella and Aged Cheddar cheese. The dark bits on there are pieces of a very hot pepperoni and of course there had to be sliced jalepenos on top too.
Stick that bad boy into a hot oven for a bit and voila. I am having pizza for lunch...hand served by my darling son. Nothing could taste better than when your son cooks something and shares it with you.

Looking good!!! Pizza is one of my favorite foods, too. I could almost eat it daily. Several years back, when we were on a really delightful vacation in Scotland, I was jones'in for some pizza. The only pizza I could find at that time was a "child's size" portion in a local bookshop coffee shop. I was in desparate need, so they popped the small frozen round into the microwave and I ate it with great satisfaction!
ReplyDeleteI don't eat pizza very often...but the kids and hubby love it! Happy Foodie Friday! Have a great weekend ~ Susan
ReplyDeleteWhy is it that boys have to add hot sauce to everything ?:) On the other hand, I've never heard of garlic Tabasco--good tip!
ReplyDeleteNeat pizza. Ooh, and I love you cakes!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fine looking pizza. Now I'm hungry for things I should not be eating. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteLordy this looks so good. I agree. Food tastes better when your son makes it. Lori have you ever seen a Presto Pizza Cooker? It's a countertop pizza cooker for when you need to do a frozen pizza in a hurry. I love weight inducing gadgets.
ReplyDeleteThis sure looks yummy! I posted a recipe for pizza too. Great minds must think alike!
