I like to make a batch of pizza dough in the bread maker. One batch makes 4 personal pizzas. I wrap them up and they can sit in the fridge until I need them. They need to be well wrapped because they will rise up and take over the whole darned fridge. One day when I opened the door 2 of them came falling out at me because they had expanded a lot.
This one is a whole wheat crust.
I had red peppers, red onions, fresh basil, fresh tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts and a tomato sauce with a bit of hot pepper flakes in it.
