RANDOM: Updating A Customer Database

I have been working on updating a database for the company where my BB works. I now know how a telemarketer feels. Even though these people are or were customers previously they really don't like to be called. Well lots of them don't.

Some are so nice and friendly and want to chat. And chat. And chat.

Mostly the women are crabby. I don't know why. I have a smile on my face when I call so that it comes through in my voice. After a few hours my cheeks hurt and I feel crabby too. Maybe that is why. The women are all smiling through their teeth.
