This recipe is from the cookbook by Madhur Jaffrey, Indian Cooking. There are a lot of ingredients but if you organize them the recipe is quite easy.

The ingredients for Indian cooking are pure art. I love the look. I love the smell. I love the textures. Fennel, black mustard, cinnamon, peppercorns, cumin, hot chilies.
Garlic and ginger.
Turmeric and ground coriander.
Cubed pork
I threw in some corn kernels.

My mouth is actually watering! I've never cooked Indian food. In fact, I don't cook. But, two of my kids will be all over this recipe!

ReplyDeleteYUM! Madhur is definitely the queen of curry in my opinion - I love love love curry and could eat it all day every day - not pleasent for the family and friends though LOL. I will give this one a go as I've not tried it before
