Seems like this is how I cook all the time. Love this meal, I may have to give it a try. Hugs, Marty
You are GOOD, Girl! Improv Cooking Theater!
Well I hope you found the pork tenderloins! Your dinner sounds great, I had a chuckle at your son bringing up the chicken too:@)
Love your bloggin' style...and I hope that those elusive tenderloins show themselves. In the meantime, when I look at your blog, I get HUNGRY!! Love,Jackie
Haha- I have 3 pork tenderloins in my freezer.. am taking one out tonight to marinate for tomorrow night- I'll take one out for you too, OK?
yum, your go to Plan C sounds like it turned out great and looks yummy! I called home from work and asked my hubby to take something out for dinner. He was happy to help pick out something but when I got home there was a twelve pound turkey sitting on the counter. Time for plan B.Have a good weekend.
Love the post and the meal! So glad you didn't eat the chicken...
That's how I cook also...don't have this, don't have that...but we do have this, and that so....voila.Good for you for rolling with the punches. As for the stinky Costco chicken, I do hope that you took it back...that's appalling.Jen
Way to roll with the punches!! And take the chicken back. We had some bad ribs from Costco once and I took them back for a refund.
Oh yeah, this happens to me all of the time- I could swear I have bought .something and stuck it in the freezer, only to realize it must have gotten used cuz it isn't anywhere to be found! Good luck finding your pork tenderloins, Lucy! LOL
