Make sure you are wearing your long underwear because baby it’s cold out there.
I am linking up over at Life is a Garden for No Winter Whining. This week is being hosted by Jen @ Muddy Boot Dreams. Drop on by and have a look at their posts. They will give you good reasons not to whine about winter and all its beauty.
Ooh, the sunset alone makes it all worthwhile! Great shots. Brrrr but stunning.
ReplyDeleteI think I could live there forever....these are incredible shots!
ReplyDeleteThank you sooooo much for making my afternoon complete by being able to take in such a winter wonderland...accompanied by a breathless sunset.
Hugs,
J.
Gorgeous shots! We used to own snowmobiles when my kids were little. We had such fun with those things.
ReplyDeleteLove those shots...are you going to link up to our No Winter Whining? LOL.
ReplyDeleteJen
What a great get-away place, Lori! I'd love to cross country ski there. Do you guys have snowmobiles? They scare me a little. Have you been there this winter yet? Gorgeous pictures!
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Breath taking beauty!!
ReplyDeleteSome beautiful photos. You are lucky to be there. I just returned from skiing in Southern Colorado, so I can relate to the feeling!
ReplyDeleteHi Lori, Thanks for sharing these beautiful winter wonderland photos. I especially love the sunset photos. Just gorgeous. ~Delores
ReplyDeleteoooooooooo, you are fortunate to have such a pretty place to get away!. I especially loved the shots of the pink sky!
ReplyDeleteBTW, I am still laughing at coughy.
Wow! Great shots! Love the one with the sun streaking across-- would be fun to paint that.
ReplyDeleteLori, these pics are absolutely stunning of the pink sky... love them, also love the wood shed, just like me here! Thanks for joining in on our little meme, and I am so glad the link is working now! Cheers~
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely wonderful to see you link up!! Can I put some of the images on the NWW boards?
ReplyDeleteJen
All I can say is, “WOW!” Spectacular winter glory. I’m so glad you were able to link. I wouldn’t have missed these shots for the world.
ReplyDeleteWhat spectacular views and vistas there, Lori!!! I could handle the scenery and endure the cold for a couple of days. Then I think I'd be wanting some warmer weather. Of course, if I were to stay in front of a roaring fire with a continuously filled glass of red wine, I think I just might be able to make it a bit longer! LOL
ReplyDeleteWouldn't that be fun, Lucy?
These are beautiful winter scenes. You have a lot of snow there (not sure where you live). I like the photos of the wood shed. I'm visiting from No Winter Whining. Have a great week and stay warm! Pamela
ReplyDeleteLooks pretty but brrr cold. Valerie
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Lori! I miss a decent Winter, complete with sidewalks and roads that get cleared properly.

Beautiful photos. That icy river one is killer! Now THAT'S a structure.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I'm an old(ish) Eric B. fan myself.
