Of course you did! Breakfast of champions! One of my favorite breakfasts is cold leftover coconut rice. When I make it, I always "over do" it so there will be a yummy breakfast.
What you had with your coffee was bone dry toast being passed off as something fancy with the name of biscotti. So, enjoy all the dryness you want - - - guilt free.
Yes, when you are an adult, it is your right to have cookies for breakfast. Some people like to sound sophisticated and call their breakfast cookies by the Italian name--biscotti--but we all know better. It was cookies. Personally I enjoy cold pizza for breakfast, but you don't hear me calling it Neapolitan Cuisine. :)
I smile.
ReplyDeleteYes...you had coffee with your cookies.
Enjoy!!
Happy New Year!!!!
Hmmmmmm......doesn't matter. It was afternoon somewhere!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!

This is along the question I have when I hunker down to half a cake at night... is it late dinner or early breakfast? ;)
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Um... there are eggs and flour in it right??? Sounds like another version of eggs and toast to me:@)
ReplyDeleteBreakfast is anything you want to make it. I know, spaghetti and meatballs was my sustenance of choice today! Happy New Year, Lucy. xo Ethel
ReplyDeleteLets just call it toast : ))
ReplyDeleteI think biscotti is healthier because it looks so much like bread!!
ReplyDeleteHappy New year, sweet friend!!
XO,
Jane

ReplyDeleteBut Biscotti comes under the necessary food groups, so it's not considered snacks, therefore not cookies.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year

Well, we eat pan CAKES, for breakfast, and that is ok, so I say go for it!
