I FIXED THE PROBLEM ...I HOPE
THE SITE I HAD VISITED HAD A CALENDAR GADGET THAT CONTAINED A VIRUS.
MY VIRUS PROTECTION, WHICH IS AWESOME, BLOCKED THE VIRUS FOR ME.
I LEFT A NOTE FOR THE BLOGGER TO TELL HER. GOOGLE HAS SHUT HER DOWN FOR NOW. YIKES.
MY SITE WAS BLOCKED IN GOOGLE CHROME BECAUSE SHE WAS IN MY LIST OF BLOGS I FOLLOW AND WAS IN MY LIST THAT WAS ON MY SIDEBAR.
I REMOVED HER FROM BOTH OF THEM AND NOW CHROME NO LONGER GIVES ME THE KISS OF DEATH MESSAGE.
HOW AWFUL FOR HER TO BE IN THIS POSITION. WE HAVE TO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH WHAT WE PUT ON OUR BLOGS. WITH CHRISTMAS COMING WE WILL BE LOOKING AT THOSE COUNTDOWN WIDGETS AND THE FALLING SNOW WIDGETS.
STOP AND THINK IF A LITTLE BLING ON THE PAGE IS GOING TO BE WORTH IT.

AS FOR THE OTHER BLOGGER I AM SO SAD THAT SHE WILL BE LOSING ALL THESE FOLLOWERS THAT SHE WORKED SO HARD TO GET.

Glad you found the problem. It really stinks a big one when we have to spend oodles of valuable time snooping this cruzola out.

ReplyDeleteWow, I am terrified of viruses, since this is my new computer and I am very protective of it. I know from experience sometimes going to certain links on Google search will be a fake spam link that attacks your computer system, but this is hard for anyone to know, because the link will look like any normal search. Anyways, since you are on the subject, I just thought I'd share.
