PUMPKIN PIE CUPCAKES FROM MICHELLE

I saw a recipe on Michelle's site Big Black Dogs this morning. She bakes and cooks all the time and has a wealth of information on her site.
These turned out so tender and delicious. I highly recommend them. I had a lot of left over cream cheese frosting but I am sure I will find something to use it on. 




What are you waiting for??? Get over there and say hi to Michelle and try making something from her recipe files.

    They look delicious! Michelle is a long time friend from a Cooking Forum we both frequented. She takes her cooking seriously!

    Thanks for stopping by! Your comment made me laugh. I have trouble concentrating at the moment....cupcake, must have cupcake with loads of icing...sorry, I hope you are well! I have been looking at Victoria real estate lately on the eve of another winter. I want to move but my husband loves our house. There is a big price difference between the 2 places. Maybe if I bake him cupcakes.....I can change his mind!

    Thanks so much for making my cupcakes! I thought they were really good too. I ate all of them except one which J. ate! I guess it pays to be the baker.

    Oops forgot to mention that having too much frosting is not a problem because frosting freezes very well. Just freeze it, make sure that you label it, defrost when needed, whip it up and it will be just fine.
