LADY MARMALADE

Marmalade is not quite this color but I couldn't get the color right in the photo.
I love bitter marmalade on toast. I am the only one in the house who does. Good, more for me.
This recipe is such an easy one and it can be made in no time using a food processor. Click here for a printable recipe.

Did you know the seeds are full of pectin to help your marmalade gel?

  2. Nice and sweet...just the way I like it. Now, I need a slice of toast with butter, and this on top!

  3. Lori, did you add color? Or did it just turn out like that on it's own? The color of the finished product is beautiful!

  5. Lori, You've been a busy little beaver making marmalade and jelly, as well as sitting around a campfire drinking beer..... How fun to do all!
I am going nuts trying to catch up on everything. Am lso trying to pre-cook and freeze some meals for the hubs to have while I'm gone. He now has 4 days worth of lunches and dinners to take to work with him. He's on his own for breakfast, as usual. I am such a good wifey- move over Alicia Florek- T.V.'s own Good Wife. LOL
