IT MAY BE PRETTY BUT I WON'T EAT IT

One of my sons loves sushi. He often picks some up from a local restaurant that he feels has the best sushi around here. He drops in here to eat it because he doesn't live that close to it. We don't live in a big suburb but within a 1 minute drive we have 5 sushi restaurants and if you drive for 5-10 minutes you can add another dozen to the bunch.
I don't eat it. I don't find it the least bit appetizing but I do think it is a thing of beauty. Here are two of the things he had last night. 
These are called Crazy Boy rolls. They are made up of spicy tuna, crab, and asparagus with an eel sauce and black sesame seeds.
The ones below are called crispy rolls. They have prawn, avocado and crab with a peanut wasabi sauce.

I don't eat shellfish at all. Ever. But I do like the way this looks.

    The photos are BEAUTIFUL! I'm with you Lori...I don't eat sushi.
    Yuck. (Just my opnion...but I should have typed it in capital letters!)

    Sushi looks like art to me...something to be admired, but certainly not eaten!

    My sons want me to make the same five meals over and over, don't try to make anything new... but they'll go out for sushi! It's not for me either!

    Beautiful photos! I agree sushi is very pretty, but like you, I can't bring myself to eat it!

    All the more for me. Good stuff... I'd have to pass on the asperigus/asperegus ooooo I can't spell it and I'm glad.

    I love, love, LOVE, sushi! Any time, anywhere! Years ago, when I lived in California, there was a fabulous sushi bar my friends and I would go to. We'd call each other and just whisper, "suuuushiiii" and hang up. That was the signal to drop everything and head over to the place. I hardly remember a time when everyone wasn't there and if they weren't, they had a darn good reason.

    I am drooling over those Crazy Boy rolls!

    Nope, won't eat it either!
    I thought you were talking about fondant..don't like that either.
    And when I watch how much it is handled and etc..:), no way.
    Everyone seems to pull it off the cake..
