Christmas Blessings
Thanks for stopping by. Make sure to leave me a comment so I know you were here.
There are times when we all need to slow down, and really reflect on these types of messages. We are a blessed society, and most of us are too busy to realize that.
ReplyDeleteGreat post.
Jen
Gorgeous photos - love the one with the purplish-pink sky!!
ReplyDeleteMakes you realize how very lucky you are!
Isn't it the truth. What better time than Christmas to put it all into perspective? I am so glad that you posted this today Lucy.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ... thank you!
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Sacred Ruminations
This slide show is awesome, Lori. I barely looked at the photos because the words were so touching. And as Sue said, it puts things in perspective.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a wonderful post.
xoxo
Jane
great photos...
ReplyDeleteWonderful encouragement...I was just thinking at the grocery store today that we really don't appreciate so many common everyday things and people....and we definitely don't let them know. ALWAYS much to rejoice over!
ReplyDeleteLet's see, I've hardly worked at all this year and Sister was laid off three months ago. Our home is going into foreclosure, but I always tell her that we are still much better off than a lot of other folks who have it much rougher than we do by far. I still have food in the cupboards, clothes on my back, a place to sleep, fresh water, and I still count my blessings everyday!
ReplyDeletePeople just need to put things in perspective and your thoughts today should help them.
Beautiful pictures and a wonderful message. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteHappy Outdoor Wednesday!
XO,
Sheila :-)
Thank you for your help yesterday with my button!!
ReplyDeleteI love the second photo on this beautiful slide show you shared with us. How true it is. One thing i've learned this year is to not take advantage of any day I am able to give a little of myself. No matter how small or large my efforts are, they are shared with someone I love.
Beautiful Lori! Thank you for sharing it. Hugs. Tammy
What a gorgeous picture and a beautiful sentiment that we all need to remember.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely photo and you gave us something to mull over. Have a wonderful Outdoor Wednesday.
ReplyDeletePretty! So yeah, here's my comment so ya know I was here!

OH...so nice for this time of year. Winter is my favorite time to hike with my dogs and they just love it too. It's so quite in the woods and every color is so vibrant and gorgeous!
