  2. Lori...

I love the close-ups of the birds...wish I knew their names like my neighbor at the lake does.

    Beautiful pictures!

  5. Hi Lori - What a beautiful post. You know birds like that are not around us. How did you know my motto was 'Have glue gun - will travel' :)

    Cheers to you,

  6. Lori these pictures are stunning! I love the "portrait" of the red fox, simply gorgeous. And do you know if igloos have indoor plumbing? Because if I saw that polar bear sticking his snout in my front door I guarantee I would need it! Thanks for the beautiful slide show. Kathy

  7. Whoa! Fabulous pictures. Snow and ice are great levelers, aren't they? Making Central Park look like the arctic! Love the shots of the foxes and birds -- so gorgeous against the winter background.
    Nice!

  9. What gorgeous photos! I don't think I've ever seen a Crossbill before and their bill is really crossed!

Thanks so much for sharing the slide show!

  10. Beautiful shot of the Crossbill. Lucky you, last winter I ran all over Maryland trying to see the Crossbills. They are not regular visitors in in state.
