BROWSER QUESTIONS

I am currently at the Senior's Center teaching a class. While they take their coffee break I thought I would come on here. Using Internet Explorer I can't see a background for my blog nor can I see how many guests are on here or some of your blog badges.
This got me wondering what you guys can see when you come on here. It would be a shame if bunches of my blog were missing.
Maybe you guys can tell me what browser you use. FireFox, Safari, IE or whatever and let me know what seems to be missing. My background should be a fairly dark brown mix.

    Hi Lori, I am on Safari and I see it all! Sorry I haven't been by lately - I am highly addicted to Yo'Ville. When this phase passes I hope to be back in full swing!

    everything fine and dandy..
    also use FIREFOX..still fine..

    I've got it all too, via explorer and BT Internet - maybe it's just that the PC at the center is restricted access and only shows certain things? Jo

    I am using Google Chrome which rules! I can see everything on your site! BTW I am working on a post at GeneaBloggers about resources you can use (all free of course) to view your blog or website as others would see it on their specific browser. Stay tuned!

    I use IE and I can see your background, sort of a tapestry design with brown and rust. Also your sidebars are full of things with no empty spaces. I don't think I am missing anything on your blog.

    I tried IE, Safari and Firefox. They all worked fine...your blog is beautiful. Perhaps it has to do with the IE options. Have you explored those? Safari will often not display some photos or videos,but I could see everything on your blog. I really think it is in the settings on that particular computer. Come join me for Crock Pot Wednesday when you get the chance.

    Well thanks so much everyone. I really appreciated the feedback...and the notice from Kathleen that she can even see stuff I didn't intend for you all to see. So much for blogging in the nude....
    It must just be some weird settings on those computers. They are in a youth/teen lounge with lots of banned words and sites. You would think when the seniors sign in that they would be able to access the bad words too, like hooking??? when someone was looking up rug hooking today they were blocked access.
    Anyway thanks again for your help in this.

    I use Safari & it looks fine, although I've gotten addicted to reading all my blogs & feeds via Google Reader. Your posts only show the first few sentences on Reader though instead of the whole posts - not sure why though.

    I use explorer and I see it all, Lori. It must be the computer you are using, must have some restrictions or limits...Christine

    I use IE. I see a light brown crinkled paper background with dots at the borders. I don't see naked pix.

    Before I forget... look down there....yeah there. Where your talking about on line printing....you should be your.....just a little boo boo.
    Oh and you know what else is funny. Your picture, not YOUR PICTURE, that didn't sound nice, beside your picture it says Lori E. LOWER... I know it's Lower B.C. but it looks like it's your last name lol
