WINE WISDOM

 Repost: I first posted this 2 years ago. Some things stand the test of time. Enjoy.

My sister sent me the following information on wine:

1. Open the bottle of wine ahead of time to allow it to breathe.
2. If wine does not look like it is breathing then give it mouth to mouth.

I should have a medal for all the wine I have saved. I know, I know but I am just giving in that way. Oh look there seems to be a lot of them down right now. I had better get busy.

    That's funny. When I read the line about opening the wine early to let it breath...I though "Huh, it breaths just fine when I pour it in a tumbler"....hahahaha!
