ERICSONS DAY LILY FARM

Susan @ A Southern Daydreamer is kind enough to put Mr. Linky up for us to use even though she can't participate right now. Try to visit as many of the participants as you can. They always have the nicest things posted.

My post for Outdoor Wednesday will be broken into 3 different posts. I took a lot of photos this day. I got to go to Erickson's Day Lily Farm in Langley, British Columbia. Not only do they grow many varieties of day lilies but they also hybridize their own special ones.

Now not everything there is a day lily as you will see. They have the most beautiful gardens around their home. It is only open to the public for a couple of days.

New to me: Yellow Columbine
Hostas, ferns and grasses
Spectacular isn't it
Asiatic Lily
A beautiful rose
Up close it is amazing
Little hostas up on pots so they poke out the middle
I only bought 3 lilys..the 4th was free
Just one more special spot in the garden
Please leave a comment before heading over to Susan's . Thanks for stopping by on this Outdoor Wednesday.

  1. Lori, what a fun place to visit. I'm just amazed at the color of that gorgeous rose! WOW! And the other flowers are beautiful, too. We have hostas in our yard, and they seem to like it a lot. They're in a shady area. Loved going on this outing with you. Thanks much...

    Happy Outdoor Wed...

    XO,

    Sheila :-)

  13. I love that potting bench and the pot with the taro. It occurs to me that I should drag my potting bench outside under the oaks for my orchid planting. Is that all you bought? What restraint!

thanks for visiting, the pistoshios grow in clumps like grapes, some groves have fences around them, because people steal them, shame.
